Lead DaVinci provides cold calling, lead generation, and related services for real estate professionals, including agents and wholesalers. Our services include, but are not limited to, dedicated caller staffing, homeowner outreach, lead qualification, and access to our cash offer framework through our hedge fund partner relationship.

Service details, deliverables, pricing, and guarantees are governed by the specific service agreement entered into between Lead DaVinci and each client.

3. Lead Guarantee

Certain service plans include a guaranteed minimum number of qualified leads per month or per engagement period. In the event we do not deliver the guaranteed lead count within the agreed timeframe, we will continue outreach efforts at no additional charge until the guarantee is fulfilled. No refunds or credits will be issued in lieu of continued service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A "qualified lead" is defined as a homeowner who has been contacted, expressed interest in a cash offer or listing conversation, and passed our triple-verification quality assurance process. Lead DaVinci reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether a lead meets the qualification criteria.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up for our services
• Respond promptly to leads delivered by Lead DaVinci
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell, sublicense, or transfer leads or services to third parties without prior written consent
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary scripts, processes, or materials provided by Lead DaVinci

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your individual service agreement. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, scripts, and methodologies — is the property of Lead DaVinci and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lead DaVinci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including lost profits, lost deals, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lead DaVinci makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you may achieve through our services, including any specific income, deal volume, or conversion outcomes. Real estate results depend on market conditions, client responsiveness, and other factors outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Lead DaVinci reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to our business, clients, or callers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
